Please use the contact form below. We respond to _ALL_ legitimate support requests, often within an hour or two, but virtually always within 24 hours. That's true if you use the form below or if you write to us directly.
IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A REPLY from us within 24 hours at the very most, something is probably wrong. Check your spam filters!
WE NO LONGER SEND A COPY of the e-mail you submit in the form below because our form started being abused by spam bots. However, if you see a "Thank you" page appear after you submit, you can be assured that your message has reached our support system.
TWO COMMON ISSUES:
- Customers often provide misspelled email addresses, or ones that are not working, perhaps because the domain isn't functional.
- Also, spam filters sometimes prevent our e-mails from reaching our customers' inboxes, making it seem like we're not replying.
TWO SOLUTIONS:
- When you submit, please double check that you have typed in a properly spelled, WORKING EMAIL address.
- In regard to receiving our replies, please put our address is in your e-mail contact list --- support _AT_ simpleurl _DOT_ com --- written as a real e-mail address, of course. That helps identify us as someone you want to receive from. Even so, check any spam filters/junk folders provided by your ISP or your e-mail software.
